My Reflection On My Internship Experience - 1633 Words

My internship experience did not change my view on how people learn, develop, and change, however it did validate my views. Personally, my experience at my site reiterated for me the importance of self-care and professional boundaries. Compassion fatigue and burnout are concepts that I believe people do not take seriously. During my practicum experience I had a hard time adjusting to my new role and responsibilities which caused me to blur the lines of professionalShow MoreRelatedPersonal Reflection : My Internship Essay1551 Words   |  7 PagesCritical Reflection Overview of my internship Mid July I was searching for an internship opportunity for the fall semester in the Lansing area.
